Just a couple of days ago, Redmi finally released the much-awaited Redmi K20 and K20 Pro phones in India with aggressive pricing and great specs but it appears that there are still some Android fans who are not too keen on the pricing.

A petition on Change.org has popped up asking Redmi to lower its price of the Redmi K20 even further. The launching price of the handset is INR 22,000 and demands a price cut of INR 2,000 on the grounds of not having enough memory.

The petition then goes on ranting about phones priced at around INR 20,000 offering 8GB/128GB memory whereas K20’s base RAM and storage are 6GB and 64GB, respectively.

So far, less than 400 people have signed the petition, but it’s gradually growing. We’ll see where this goes.
