Ceema Ghotala
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Onion 1 large (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder  1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Tomato 1 (cut into tiny cubes)
  • Green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Eggs 3 (beaten)
  • Ginger as required (chopped)

Heat oil in a wok and fry onion for 5 to 7 minutes until light golden. Add ginger garlic paste with chopped tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt, cumin and mince and fry well. Add yogurt and fry. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook till meat tender. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Lastly add tomato cubes, garam masala, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger sliced. Leave it to tail for 5 minutes. Serve with paratha.
